The entry level course in the series of Sail Canada courses, designed around sailing keelboats and cruising under sail. It is the recommended starting point for anyone with minimal or limited on-water experience and builds basic sailing skills with a focus on effective participation as a crew member on a sloop-rigged keelboat between 6 and 12 meters.
