We offer a variety of certification courses through the American Sailing Association, from beginner keelboat to advanced coastal cruising for adults. Courses can be booked individually, or bundled, and private or weekend only courses can be arranged for a premium fee. We are pleased to offer all courses based on your availability and can offer experienced sailors an ASA 101 and 103 challenge. Contact us to find out more.

ASA 101 - Basic Keelboat Sailing Day Sail Course

12 hours on water, 4 hours theory
Learn to skipper a sloop-rigged keelboat by day in light to moderate winds and sea conditions. Learn basic sailing terminology, parts and functions, helm commands, basic sail trim, points of sail, buoyage, seamanship and safety including basic navigation rules to avoid collisions and hazards.
